Facilities

The facilities in Naples airport include a bank and post office as well as ATM’s and Bureaux de Change in Arrivals and Departures. The Bureaux de Change also offers a money transfer service, travel insurance and sells telephone cards. A tourist office can be found in Arrivals and three flight ticketing points are in Terminal 1.

There are a selection of cafés, bars, fast food and Neapolitan restaurants. A wine bar can be found in Departures.

In the World Galleria Napoli in Terminal 1, there are shops, jewellers, grocers selling Italian produce, as well as a variety of other shops in the duty free area in Departures.

Disabled facilities

Naples airport has many facilities for the disabled traveller such as ramps, widened pavements, pedestrian crossings with sound signals, call buttons and help points around the airport for those seeking assistance from staff members as well as two lifts adapted for disabled passengers.

Business facilities

The Capri Meeting Room has telephone, fax, PC and internet access. Terminal 1 is equipped with two VIP lounges, La Terrazza (which is reserved for passengers flying with Air France, Air Littoral, Meridiana, british Airways and Swiss Air) and Vanvitelli (reserved fro those flying with Alitalia). These lounges are furnished with a bar, computers, daily Italian and foreign newspapers and internet access among other things.

Car parking

Six car parks are available in Naples airport making up 1213 spaces and are situated beside the main road leading to the airport.

P1 is long term parking, P3 short term indoor while P2, P4 and P6 offer short term open-air parking. P5 provides a car valet parking service. Payment can be made by cash or credit card in front of Arrivals or at the P1 car park.

Naples Airport Transport

ANM buses (no. 3S) leave from the Naples Airport outside arrivals every 15 minutes going to Naples central railway station and Naples port (Piazza Municipio). Bus no. 14 goes to Piazza Garibaldi. Tickets are bought from the Sunshore shop in Arrivals.

Alibus also goes, every 30 minutes, to the railway station and the port, which is in the centre of Naples. Tickets for these buses are bought on board.
